SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 27, 2014 -- Centrify Corporation, the leader in Unified Identity Services across data center, cloud and mobile, today announced that the company posted record total sales in calendar year 2013 and more than 40 percent growth over the prior calendar year. With this growth, Centrify continued to grow its customer installed base, the largest share in its segment within the security market, while maintaining in excess of 97 percent customer retention rate. The company’s employee base also grew by approximately 30 percent over 2012, with total headcount now more than 400 personnel.

“Centrify continued to expand its solution set to comprehensively address identity needs for both on-premise and cloud environments while also taking a decidedly mobile-centric approach to identity that is critical given mobile devices are the growing method for accessing apps,” said Centrify CEO Tom Kemp. “Posting yet another record year for sales validates the differentiated approach Centrify offers that centralizes identities for improved security and management across data center, cloud and mobile. The company continues to expand globally through headcount and important partnerships, including here in the U.S. where we have moved to larger headquarters facilities to meet our continued rapid growth.”

In addition to reaching significant records on sales, new customer and growth fronts, Centrify also achieved the following milestones during 2013:

• Introduced new solutions to address the changing economies of enterprise IT and shift to “the Internet of things.” Solution introductions in 2013 included Centrify User Suite, SaaS Edition, the industry’s first Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) solution to provide robust Active Directory and/or cloud-based Single Sign-on (SSO), access management, application management and mobile management across any cloud, mobile or on-premise application. Centrify also launched Centrify User Suite, Mac Edition, the industry’s first solution to provide robust Active Directory-based authentication, policy management, SSO and user self-service for connected and remote Mac OS X systems. The company also introduced Centrify for Office 365, the industry’s most comprehensive solution for Active Directory-based SSO, user provisioning and mobile management for Office 365.

• On the mobile side, Centrify partnered with Samsung Electronics Co, Ltd., to provide key enabling technology for Samsung’s KNOX mobile solution for the Android platform which delivers unparalleled Active Directory integration, mobile application Zero Sign-on, and KNOX container and device management capabilities, including for the latest Samsung KNOX-enabled GALAXY S4, Note 3 and Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) devices.
