The Huawei Mate 9 is official and it comes running its own HiSilicon Kirin 960, which was already announced by the company not too long ago. It also features the powerful Mali-G71 GPU, making it the most powerful Android smartphone right now thanks to this GPU. With Galaxy Note 7 out of the smartphone picture completely, it leaves Huawei will an ample market to capitalize with its massive screen size.

Because Huawei Mate 9 features powerful internals inside its housing, it also means that it will be compatible with Google's Daydream platform. However, before running Daydream, you will have to ensure that your device is running Android Nougat 7.0. Luckily, Huawei Mate 9 is going to be running the updated software, meaning that it will be compatible with the VR platform straight out of the box.

The Huawei Mate 9 features a 5.9-inch FHD display. However, the PORSCHE DESIGN of the smartphone [pictured above] comes with 5.5-inch QHD AMOLED display with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which obviously means you will never have to worry about storage problems on this phone ever again. Unfortunately, the regular version of the Mate 9 didn't get the same hardware upgrade treatment and while its screen is significantly larger, it features 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM.

Both smartphones also feature a 20MP + 12MP dual-Leica cameras, and because they feature hardware stabilization and other great features, it should be able to outshine the competition with its impressive camera prowess. Both devices feature a 4,000mAh battery, but you shouldn't expect the same battery timing on the PORSCHE DESIGN variant thanks to the QHD panel.
